    hey all me mate has a 95 vs commodore calais v6 and it is missing/struggling under load (most of the time) and it has spat out code 47...what is this exactly as i know its to do with the CAS......should we replace the CAS? or is it something else? he says it gets worse when car is warm but hasnt stalled etc.....yet

    been looking through forum etc and came across someone saying that on a VS you don't need to remove balancer to replace the CAS...is this true?? as im pretty sure you do?

    the balancer has to come off.

    turns out one of the coils was burnt out and reading nothing...surprised it still ran....well kinnda:p
