Coded Ignition

Hi guys, my mate has an audi A8, (like the one from the transporter 2), and he has coded ignition, i would like to know how easy or hard it would be to fit that to my car?

i have already thought about a push button start and it is redundant and encourages people to steal my car.

I'm going to try an experimental system that is designed by myself lol.... just thought of it, instead of having the code thats the car i'll have a code that is attached to an immobilizer sort of device that doesnt allow a connection from key to the BCM for the key code until the code is entered into the system.
