Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1)

Regarding this DTC, you should read live data on both the front O2 sensor and Rear O2 Sensor on bank 1. The rear O2 sensor mV should not mimic the front O2 and should remain at a high mV

Also you should look at long term fuel trim on that bank.
