coil pack vp-vs

    hey i have a coil pack that i think came off a Vp commodore. What i want to know is would it be suited for a spare for a vs commodore..series 2?

    Pretty sure it won't fit the VS without modification - on Ebay they list yours as fitting VN to VR.

    As above, im pretty sure the ecotecs run a different coil pack to the earlier buicks.

    just have a look at it , if it looks the same as the VS ones, and fits on the terminals I reckon it will work.

    cheers guys...yeh they look teh same but dunno lol but yeh will keep it as a spare as me sister has a VP lol but when going on long trips i guess it cant hurt to take it with me lol

    oh and found out it was from a VR lol but yeh

    the round triple coils are all the same, vn can be converted to the round coils by simply changing the igniter and putting the coils on and also the coils for the supercharged V6 are different but can still be used on S2 v6 threw to the end of the ecotecs
