hi guys wonder if anyone knows the issue with my 09 colorado. its diesel, auto, and 4wd.

about 6 months ago the warning light came on on the dash, the rev meter stopped working, and the brakes lose their vacuum assist but it mainly only loses it at low speed like going through a carpark, say jogging pace. at speed the car goes fine. any ideas? abs? brake booster? sensors on wheels? thanks in advance.

Could be alternator related, im not familiar with the Colorados but most pickup the tacho from the alternator and also have the vacuum pump for the brakes on the back. It might be computer controlled somehow i dont know.
