Coloured tint legal?

So iv seen some pre cut tints on eBay that are coloured ie blue in colour (and others) are they legal here in nsw?

I am 95% sure that they are not. But then most 'black' tints have a green-ish or purple-ish tinge and aren't just truly black?
Maybe you should ask in the 'general' section though?
