I wouldn't mind a taco with a shift light for my car. But I don't want a massive 5" job and an 11 graqnd scale is pretty pointless seeings I'm limited at 7.5.

Just do what alot of guys do, have a shift light installed into the instrument cluster, works a treat.

That would be cool... Oh wait, I have an auto, and don't need a shift light/any tacho really (In normal driving at least). Please tell me its a manual at least?

but mine doesnt come with a stock tacho and i cant hear the engine over my music

Hey Minux, Im after a similar set up since I already have an existing tacho and am not a fan of the monster tachs. Only gauges I want are oil pressure and volts. Anyway do you know of any companys that make just an actual shift light for that purpose? I assume it will just be a little LED light.

I know howards did it for a few guys, but in sydney i really couldnt tell you, any auto elec could rig it up, i am positive it wouldnt be that hard.

I might have to look at those speco ones. Although my taco is out by a good 500 rpm but once I work out the limiter its easy enough to just take 200 rpm off that. And for the record I do drive a manual and being honda once I hit 5k the engine note doesn't change at all.
