the light on the dash that looks sumfen like this (!) is always on what dose that mean ? , i tried to check the error codes is that ligth ment to flash or was it the light that is located near the temperature gauge thats ment to flash because that light flashed the amount of time to give me code 12 wich means everythink is alrigth but why is that middle light still on ? , also if the oil is low will the oil light come on or will it onli flash on once at startup because all the lights seem to be flashing at startup
Looks to me like the handbrake warning light. Either the handbrake is slightly on or the switch is stuck on.
I had the oil light come on once when taking a bend in the road rather psycho like. If I remember right it flashed a few times while simultaneously chiming its dashboard tune. Once I was finished abusing the car going around that corner it all stopped and all was normal. None the less I did check the oil at the local servo and it was a little low but nothing to be concerned about in the short term. Like accentstencil said... maybe something wrong with the handbrake switch??? Does it beep at you once your car goes over 10 - 20 kmh? Mine does if the handbrake isnt completely off and I get to desired speed.
The light will come on when the handbrake is on, or if your brake fluid is too low or if there's a problem with the brakes. I had the same light come on after I took d calipers off, but after bleeding the brakes a couple of times it went away. Try that
