Coolant inside pushrod cavity. Thoughts?

Whats the most likely cause of this coolant leak?

I've attached a photo of the small puddle of coolant sitting inside the push rod cavity of Cylinder 1 (inlet valve) on top of the head gasket.

I'm hoping it's intake manifold gaskets rather than a cracked cylinder head or head gasket but I can't remember where the coolant passages are in that area, hoping someone could attach some photos of intake and cylinder head showing where the coolant passages are to try and help determine if it's heads off or not.

Cheers guys!
