Coolant leak

Hi all,
I have just replaced tensioner pulley in my VT with a brand new one, but now I have coolant leaking from the pipe that runs thru pulley bracket.
Do you think it's the o ring (which I think may have broke) or pipe not in properly? The little bracket on pipe lines up with bolt hole, so thinking not that!?

Yeah most likely the O-ring...did mine 3 times(3-o rings) before I found the sharp bit of crap in the housing that was eating O-rings...
