It isnt as clean as it looks haha, recently got keyed down one side, heaps of shopping trolley dints and the roofs paint is rooted. Good from far but far from good haha

Grand scheme of things is to have:

LSD Diff
Seat retrim
HID kit 6000k 35w
Vt brake upgrade w/ slotted rotors/braided lines.

I want this done before SC C4C which is on the 31st August. Probs gonna buy my HID kit tomorrow, then start buying parts for my brakes, when my tax comes in i should have enough for my retrim.

If you want a quality brake kit. Check out UPC brakes on eBay. They have .99cent starting bid auctions every week. Only problem is they are in Vic....

You've modded it so tastefully and it just looks killer.
You love changing the front seats around though haha...

Yeah im always looking on there, but they usually sell for around the same as what i'd pay buy it now. The way im doing it, ill be upgrading front and rear for cheaper. And i get braided lines on top of that

haha yeah i did change the interior around, but she'll be staying like this for a long time, only the seats will be retrimmed, un sure of whether to go cream or black.

thought id dig this up from the grave and start off from end of 2012

Last C4C track time. After this i was deffinately keen for more power.

Drove it for a while, upgraded steering wheel to momo item and put in VZ window switches. Also fitted long red wheel nuts.

next was a HID light upgrade and relica SS lights.

Decided i wanted a V8, so searched for a while and found this VQ statesman for $900. perfect for a donor car.

Was tossing up between stock 304 and turbo, or big cam 304 NA. Decided on the NA option as a mate of mine has a Crane H286 cam for cheap. Parts started rolling in

Bought a daily so the Vn could come off the road. Found this for a good price.

21st birthday rolled around and was lacking motivation and funds. mate of mine drew this up for me. got me keen as!

Now we're up to current time. Pulled the V6 out. started cleaning up the bay getting it ready for a repaint. have some rust i need to address but apart from that shoud be farely simple. going to keep everything in the bay and just clean it up.

I have all my engine parts, block has been machined, bored and honed, acid washed and new cam bearing and welsh plugs put in. just waiting on my clutch and flywheel so i can get the rotating assembly balanced then i can assemble and paint the engine bay.

Will have to keep this thread alive again haha!
