if your fitting a new chain or complete set it doesnt matter what brand it is, there all known for chain stretch and it doesnt take long...
all engine reconditioners that i know and have spoken to over many years have always said to advance the chain set a little to allow for chain stretch. most will stretch around 2 degrees and sometimes more if you have a heaver valve train..
also how do you advance a stock chain?...keeping in mind that the gears would be stock also...
