That's the result of not lining up the keyway and bolting it on, now you have to take off the front crankshaft sprocket, So big job now you have to remove the timing chain cover remove chain and sprocket just to replace it, this is what it looks like.

As above, the front timing cover will need to come off and replace the timing chain lower sprocket (but you may as well replace the whole set). You should be able to get a new key from a good engine parts supplier or engine recon shop.

Replace the lot as you can see in your top picture, it has cracked the oil pump drive gear also.

Not 100% sure about Eco but on Buick timing cover removal requires dropping the sump a few inches. Might be worth pulling the engine out and replacing the sump gasket and rear main plate if it's leaking.

Yip a big job for not lining up the keyway forcing it in has cost u more than a mechanic would of doing the job, since you need to remove water pump and idler pulleys and front cover your better off replacing the chain and sprocket as a kit as you need seals as well, make sure you get thread seal replacing the bolts with coolant coming out or it will leak.
