    hey all..
    my crankshaft pully needs replacing.....just wondering if its just a bolt on job or is there more to it??
    could anyone give us a walkthrough??

    You will need a puller but the first obstacle is undoing the crankshaft pulley retaining bolt or holding the crank while you undo it...I have put a socket on a breaker bar and a piece of pipe over it so it touches the ground ..take the pump relay and fuse out and depressure the fuel line so it doesnt start and hit the key..a little risky but it has worked for me...next with the aid of a puller press pulley of the crankshaft careful not to thread the bolts too deep so you dont touch the crank angle interupter drum attached to the back of the pulley.
