    Hey guys,

I'm looking to fit cruise control to my 2002 VX Series 2 commodore (executive), but my local dealer tells me that they supposedly do not make the part required for Series 2 VXs anymore, only Series 1.

Is this information correct, and if so, would anyone know where I can find a full set/kit for this? (Not looking at aftermarket really, would prefer the 'proper' stuff if possible)..

    Regards
    Mark

yeah if they don't sell the kit anymore you could either go to the wreckers or buy an aftermarket cruise kit and use the original stalk with it. did thet with a VS I had:thumbsup:

I recon the dealer is full of sh*t...

Im a good 90% sure they used the same system on the VY's...

Why would they stop producing a part for new cars but keep on making a more obsolite part??

    ebay is your friend...

what part exactly was he talking about??
