What other driver aids are present on your car? Other than ABS.
As it sounds to me like once you are 30+ something is sensing an issue and taking that parameter offline, such as a wheel speed sensor etc.

Tyre pressure monitor? Yaw control? Traction control etc etc.

Any fault with such features (ABS, ESC, TC, etc) would, you’d think, result in a DTC and potentially a warning lamp but yo said you got nada

Check your tyre pressures are even.
Actually, any chance you have fitted a staggered wheel combo lately? That could cause issues.

Also have a look at wheel speed sensors to see if anything unusual is visible on 1 corner.

Hi, thanks for the attachment... This guide should be a Sticky Note?

I went through the self diagnosis procedure and the Electrical Release Switch in step 9 failed. I have ordered a new one. I'll report back when its replaced. There may be more problems but I cant test the rest untill i fix step 9 :)

Thanks again.. :)

Is that switch the brake pedal switch that cancels cruise control, when the brake pedal is pushed?

Memory bank ........... that apparently was a fault with early Ford Territorys. An incorrectly fitted brake booster rod was activating the brake lights intermittently and cancelling the cruise control .............. I think.

Nothing surprises me on a ford territory…
