G'Day all, I picked up a highrise console recently but without a shift plate & shift boot. Anyone know where I might get my hands on one? Cheers!
If your talking about a manual shift plate they are pretty rare I bought a whole car just to get mine. As for the shift boot they used to be available from holden but rare spares now sell them. Oh also take what ever colour plate you can get if its not right paint it. cheers Scott
I've got a manual one... what would you like to offer for it? edit: got the shifter boot too - but it's just rubber made to look like stitched leather, looks crap - and has a hole - better off getting an aftermarket one.
or just go to a motor trimmer and they can make one for you. even better if uve got a shabby old one so they can copy it. plus then u can make it out of real good leather, different colours as well. my last one i got done costed $30 (fake leather) and took half hour for them to make
Still got that plate? Dispense with the opening bid and just tell me what you want for it. DOn't worry about the boot, there's an after market leather one available that will fit for around $15 - 20.
