Get the proper hex socket as previously mentioned. ½” if possible. Long ½” breaker bar.

Give them a squirt with some WD40 overnight.

Nothing wrong with using some allen keys with a bit of pipe to increase leaverage, been doing it for decades. I do have Koken 1/2" drive hex sockets for when things get real tough but that means another trip to the other tool box in the garage. My short 14mm allen key at work always had a piece of pipe on it that now languishes in a dark corner of the garage to probably be never used again :(
