Hey guys
I've had an account for a while but this is my first time actually posting.

here is my new weekender.

Model- Holden Monaro CV8-R
Year- 2004
Colour - Pulse Red
Transmission - Automatic
Engine - 5.7 LS1
Exhaust - 2.5" Catback
Suspension - Standard FE2
Wheels - Standard CV8-R Wheels
general mods:
- Only the Catback
Future plans
- New Brake Rotors and Pads
- Headers and Hi-Flow Cats
- New Double Din AV Headunit / possibly a full soundsystem
- Remove the Towbar and New Rear bar
- Buff and Paintwork fixed up

My plan is to keep it somewhat stock standard and just tidy it up.

I'd like to hear your feedback / Suggestions

Looks great, very nice.
I have the same model and colour, I just can't sit in it as it's a 1/18 scale model.
I have a 02 V2, love it, they're great.

Yeah , harrop 2300 supercharger ,brakes, a little lower, koni adjustable front struts , a few other things.
Want to do more just money / priorities and like it as is so don't want to ruin it's usability and enjoyabilty.
Little steps at a time ,but also don't want to totally ruin it's maybe collectablity but also have to have it how I want it and don't plan to sell it any time soon.

Oh , yeah, more photos, interior shots, would love to see.
Am jealous of the sunroof,
I am contemplating something stupid and something I can't afford and doing a sunroof before I do the roof lining , which is in need of doing, although I don't have to pin tack it yet.

The CV8-R comes with the sunroof as standard this is my third car with a sunroof and to be honest i never really used it that said when it warms up I might use it but it looks cool anyway. yeah ill have to take some more pictures.

looks good mate. Just did headers and cats in mine (and chucked the rubbish catback that was already in it from the previous owner) and she's like a new car - get on it!!

I love the dark tail lights on the CV8-R they look awesome.

Oh yeah towbar, chuck that crap away. :)
