[NSW] Dash speedo ks

if i have a VH commodore project car that has been rebuilt from taillight to headlight ,what are the laws for the k`s on the car such as if i have a factory standed cluster with 000,000k`s on the clock can i install it in this project car or what do i have to do to make it legal?

nothing wrong with it mate. just make sure when you sell the car you include the K's that the car had when u changed the dash.
