hi guys, lookin at purchasing a 6 speed SV8 VY but i want to completely get rid of all badges. i see a lot of de badged vy's but i cant find any that anyone has taken the holden logo off the boot lid. are there locating holes behind it?

and are there any other options witht the front grille? besides the chev one? if i buy this thing i want it as smooth as possible. no badges strips or spoilers!

I debadged my ute, today. simple heat gun, an plastic scraper. heat up the badges and the glue falls away behind. remove the excess with kerosene, and cut and polish. I have the maloo tailgate insert, and the full maloo kit. I haven't had anyholes behind my badges.

but... you can patch the holes yourself very very easily.... bog, and paint, and sand and clear. and cut and polish. done.....

no dont bog over the holes... i found that one out the hardway. The bog will eventually fall out due to moisture getting in from behind, so you have to weld them so it lasts.
