since when do you ever have to give way to a parked car??
I smell bullshit.

Me too. If i was on scene i would have ruled in favour of this bloke, the insurance company would have too! Dent looks a little small for a t-bone now that i see it.

So she was pulled over/parked in the bike lane and pulled out after you had started to turn in front of her? If that's the full story she should be at fault. But without being there who knows.

The problem is proving it. It sucks but that is just the way it is sometimes.

If she did pull out from the kerb, she can't have got much speed up so it possibly looks worse than it is.

looks like the front left of her car hit you. Im sure you could show insurance the evidence that proves she pulled out and wasnt on the road at the time. She was probably too busy looking behind her trying to merge and didnt look ahead. Also, if she WAS indicating right from the bike lane, you would NOT have seen it from your vantage point (on the left side of her car, in a side street)
