un spot welded the old mounts today and sat the motor and a 4l60e case in the hole :thumbup: heaps of room in there now . the motor has to go down yet its sitting on a 6x2 block untill i dig out a sump and will go back maybe a little more once i trim the firewall a little more didnt want to cut it too big from the start LOL

not hi-jacking your thread just thought you'd like to see this, give you some insperation :p

car is being used as a skid car, can pop a 13" new tyre in under a minute and sit on the 3rd gear rev limiter no worries at all lol

haha its turning into a morton style thread LOL and where the **&% have you been LOL

got given an alloy race seat today and got a race harness last week and found a sump today so i can fit the engine in on mounts this week woooooot cant wait to get the engine in and done so i can chop out the whole rear end and slap in the 4 link bars

built most of the exhaust for the 454 into WB ute today passenger side is done all the way out behind the rear tyre just need 600mm of 3" pipe to finish the drivers side outlet

Im looking forward to seeing how thats going to turn out :D

Also delco i'm sure you've already heard of them before but if you want boost quicker (on a twin scroll turbo) maybe look up "quick spool valve" or "QSV" on google, alot of supra and evo guys are using them with a gain of 500rpm+ of spool time :D..... And since you know your **** im sure you would be able to fab up your own version?
Seems like its a flange with a wastegate actuator and a butterfly valve and thats about it?
Might be worth looking into :D

Also sent you a PM about a tune fyi :) dont know if your doing them these days or not...

need a pretty big turbo when i start needing a quickspool valve i can get 7psi on the brakes on a stock TC let alone a transbraked T350 i reckon i could get to 14psi
