Demister vent access?

Hey all, today while disconnecting the center speaker (PITA!) one of those white clips fell down the demister vent :bang:. Now I'm a little bit concerned that it could get lodged somewhere potentially harmful. Does anyone know how much works involved to gain access or would it have fallen down too far to not even worry about? The top of it appears to unclip and is able to be removed but theres no room to actually get it out of there. Seems like I'd have to get behind the digital gauges and below where speaker actually mounts... too-hard basket perhaps.
