Reseat connections to ecu and sensors to start. Clean them push pins in deeper in plug.

Even after that it may take a while to resolve itself.

Be aware it may be faulty ECU as a last resort and if going that way get remanufactured one not SH.

I had an issue where after replacing that sensor I had engine light issues. Turned out after replacing plug it righted itself after about 1 hour driving.
For another issue regarding flickering engine light that turned out to be ECU.

If It is ok for a few seconds seems that it may be losing signal momentarily so may be a connection issue.

Don't know what issues you had prior to replacing everything and these are hard fixes.

Don't forget to push up pins on ECU connector. And give it a little time to perhaps right itself.

Good luck.

Pull the engine fusible link in the box behind the battery for 10 seconds to clear the ECM , reinstall and see if the fault recurs.

When you set the IAC, you installed it retracted then ran the engine to let it reset itself?

Think I got a problem just done a compression test
Only did 1 and 3 only 90 psi? Then my young daughter called had to come inside ☹️the IAC I installed and just done the 10 second thing didn't do much ...
Got a bit of black smoke when I give it gas thought it was a sensor ☹️sounds to low hey only a cheap compression tester engine was warm going to make sure tester wasn't leaking or something when I go back out
