Diff advice for vs 5 litre wagon

Hey guys,

So my 5 Litre Manual Wagon, blew the spider gear in the diff so I am looking for a bit of advice..

it is a Non LSD 3.08 and I am wondering do I get the diff reco'd and hope it is as good as a LSD (Will spin both tyres)
or do I go buy a 3.08 LSD or any other commodore diff.. At the end of the day I am looking for reliability but would like a bit of fun at the same time.

get 3.7 lsd diff. prob pick one up for 400ish. I have one here im giving to a mate for 250.
it will liven her up a fairbit but still good for hwy driving

Try and find a LSD centre but have it reconditioned, will be much better than a single pegger period.

Just a heads up, the stock LSD's in most commodores are **** especially if you put a bit more than standard power through them (this is without thrashing it by doing burnouts).
If you want reliability, go for a ture-trac or similar.
