well the vs seems to have a really irertating noise coming from the rear

it sounds the same as a wheel bearing (constant hi pitch squeal)
so i was thinking axle bearings but when you touch the brakes it disapears....

2 weeks ago i changed all the pads and check over everything on the cars brakes and all seem fine,

for the past 3 years the diff has had bad backlash but we couldnt really care as it was a daily

would backlash cause a bearing to go premature?

normally when a wheel bearing is on the way out, it will more sound like a whomp, whomp whomp.. it will appear louder when turning one way and should almost disappear when turning the other way

is she live axel or irs?
