Diff upgrade

Hi ik this has probably been asked before but I'm looking to upgrade from a 3.08 diff to domething with more go. I'm running 245x35xr19 wheels. And an auto box. It's not a daily but also not a race car. I can't decide weather to go 3.45 or 3.7 can anyone share some insight?

If your in Sydney I have a 3:9 ring and pinion you can have for a 1.0L bottle of JD

I went from 3.9 to 3.46 because boosted

Just went from 3.08 to 3.73 with a truetrac behind a 4 speed LS1. One of the best mods imo.

What is a truetrac and how does it work
Helical gear driven LSD center. Acts like a normal open diff under normal driving conditions but will transfer power to a slipping/spinning wheel when it happens almost instantly.

I'm planning on upgrading my diff in my Statesman soon and its got a 3.07 (V8 diff) and im planning on 3.73(V8 ratio) as 3.45 is such a small upgrade from 3.07/08 it's not worth it but 3.73 is and the difference in RPM is very little. I've heard Truetrac puts down the power a lot better and is far more predictable compared to the standard Holden LSD's which car apparently have a mind of their own at times, only downside to the Truetrac is the cost.
