im looking at buying an autometer shift light with the digital read out for my series 1 vy ute. Dont want a 5incher sitting in the corner and the needle not even passing half way just wondering if it is as simple as hookin into the tach feed to the original tacho? or is there some fancy system needed due to it being digital and a simple v6?
is your ute fully suped up yo that you need a light to tell you when to shift or you risk that huncker shot of nos blowing the welds on your intake?
