DUH changing wheels in ve requires the ecm...i think to be reprogrammed to suit larger rolling diameter or is it ebcm? i dont remeberMine was, it's called putting 18" wheels when they're calibrated for 16".. @ 100kph i was doing 106kph.
As for this, In my dads SSV, it did the same thing, but the dial isn't facing you exactly, you need to move your head to the right a bit then it lines up.

okay bud just syaing its true i used an exact equivelent of a radar gun.... and i calibrated it and checked againts an rpm generaotr its reading correctly cars arent!~
