trying to get coilovers first before these go on, and i need to organise to get the lips rolled and trying to figure out on tyres too...i think im pretty set on a 215/40
you need to do a test fitment with the suspension loaded up, sit the wheels on something solid but softish so as not to damage them, and lower the jack, preferably after coilovers, i cant see those wheels poking much/if any as is. theres no point putting a super skinny tyre on unless it needs it. stretched tyres without flush fitment just looks stupid
As hak said, Preload the suspension. The wheels will camber in even with factory suspension. I see them being flush, With no poke at all. Which makes a 215 seem stupid. Cheers Mat
By that logic, tinting your tail lights with night shade from Super Crap is JDM. I don't see what makes this 'JDM'. You could do the same to a Commodore, does that make it JDM? JDM doesn't mean anything except that the car was originally sold in Japan and imported. BTW, I don't think anybody has asked yet, is this N/A?
this model impreza dosent come with turbo no matter what model you got... i didnt see a point in getting a wrx as the new model is out end of next year, this will occupy me till then as with the wheels lll try preload them this long weekend and have another look.. new cusco coilovers have been ordered also should have them in a few weeks time
I don't understand all the hate. So it might not be different to what we see every day on the road or on other forums, but it is different for this forum, and it's different for the OP. I'm sure he'll find his way with it and turn out another good looking ride just like in the past.
It's not different and that's probably half the problem. Tacky tinted headlights. Tacky stickers. Tacky hella horns or whatever their called. It's just a bandwagon car with nothing unique.
I actually think the tint on the headlights looks awesome, it contrasts the silver really well It'll look sick on those wheels
and what commodores aren't either hey!! i totally forgot...v8's, 20's and slammed on its ass truly a work of art... i followed the crowd with my last car...big v8, big wheels, slammed... and im doing the exactly same thing with this car.. dont get me wrong this car is defiantly going through some weird stages...im just trying to find whats right and what looks good...and in the end it will look good
