just a quick question... i've got a gnarly dent in my drivers door.

im thinking of two ways to fix this, get it beaten and sprayed.
or buy another black door, transfer my skin and electrics then rub back the outside and have it matched.

from experience what am i best to do? i really want this dirty dent gone.

    cheers, Jason

unless you pay good money and get a real good panel beater to fix dent and repaint door i woudlnt do it specially on a black car , my car is white and i had a huge dent fixed and now i have a wave in my door u cant tell in the shade but when you are in the light you can see a wave and dosnt look good at all woudl ahve been much better of just replacing and respraying a door

If you can find a black door then swap it with your dented one to the wreckers. Depending on how bad the dent is, it can be repaired to perfection and won't be noticeable.

I had my rear quarter panel dented last year and the panel beater fixed it and its good as new with no visible ripples. But my dent wasn't too bad so I got good repair result.

    Depends how bad yours is.
