Dirty coolant dipstick (yellow sludge)

Would never have thought the problem would be an aftermarket cap given they shouldn’t be too difficult to replicate <shrug>.

Glade it worked, 1st time for me too, before that I always used generic caps (R33 skyline, BMW E90 & Mitsubishi 380) and never had an issue
