Disabling alarm in vy ute

After someone tried to replace the battery in my car keys. The key pad wouldn't work so I used the key to open the door lock which set off the alarm and is overriding everything. I got a new key pad but can't program it to the car, I can't do anything because the friggin alarm won't stop.

I'm sorry to hear that. Have you taken it to a Holden dealer to have them hav a look? You should be able to take out the alarm fuse to stop alarm.
