To be honest i see my progress of my car and i am happy with it how its coming along, i get on here and most people expect me to have thousands of dollars and do everything now there is no factor of money or time or what i want in here its all what others want. I like something everyone hates it and gangs up on me about it.

I'm over it its my car ill get there, how do we go about deleting threads?

Maybe you should take a bit more control of your car and your finances and not rely on your parents. Its your car as you've said and you need to get this through to your parents. I'm 17 and even with my tight ass parents I'm still the one that dictates and funds my modifications not them. They're not overly fond of me doing them but I make a point of doing things once and doing them properly and they know that. Just take it slowly and do it properly when you can afford to do so.

But then again if I had a son that put those rims on anything, I'd look watch over what they did to the rest of the car as well;)

They dont pay for a thing on my car??? My dad is a plumber and when im not at uni and not djing i help him out and he pays me for work coz im helping him.

They arent fond of me spending money on my car either but i pay for it all myself the only thing they did was payed for the cost to fix the kangaroo damage and spoiler damage that mum did to the car and i payed for the new colour.

and being a 19 yr old and being offered 20" chromes for 850 ( straight trade i was happy they were what i wanted to so i got them for no cost )

i have reasoning behind everything i do thats why i do it its not that im half assed there is a reason im not leaving my car as it is and saying yep its done im always finishing off things and starting new ones just haven't finished off all the others yet

always a first but im not saying it will be appealing to everyone else but ill like it.

Most people hate it so its not going to change it for anyone else but ill like it more so unless i can find a hbd kit then ill prob go with that down the track but going to take a bit to save for it seeing after expenses and fuel for uni and stuff i probably save $50-$100 a week haha

Why delete your thread when you can just stop posting stuff about what you're going to do to the car or what you have done.

Just think your modifications through, Plan ahead. Buy things in bits & pieces instead of complaining you can't find or afford stuff.

Rome wasn't built in a day, Quit trying to rush your car. Maybe one day it'll be a Violet Crumble, That **** was delicious!

At a quick look, Without contacting ANY specialty wreckers. There is a front HBD lip on ebay for $100...

    Cheers
    Mat

I really don't like your taste in modifications AT ALL. But good luck with you being the only one who does like your car :), hope you enjoy it!

I understand that and i have had a look round and rang some people and i could find a hbd rear bar, and drivers side skirt but the only front was smashed up. I wouldnt want to buy them all then not be able to get the final piece so thats why i said id prob go the c2r seeing as i like that kit equally as much

Woooow.....so many opinions, all these people be acting like knobs, was it only my mother that taught her children "if you have nothing nice to say then say nothing at all"?

Im all for constructive comments etc but y'all need to relax... how many of you guys are actually...
    A) doing your own work on your cars?
    B) modifying on a tiny budget?

Some of these mods arent my cup of tea, but it doesnt make me wanna run my mouth. Kudos for giving it a go DMAN, trying stuff different and dealin with all the trash talk.
I have a small budget on my build, havent driven it since October last year but i enjoy the tinker, finding good cheap 2nd hand parts. But i enjoy it and couldnt care what others think....

Chin up mate, keep doing your thing, i enjoy the progress and pics and learning.

    Take care....

PS, if someone wants to comment on my post pm me, have the decency to not load up this thread with more rubbish...

    Judd

I would love to buy this just so I can meet the guy, he must be one high mother fu*ker!

Thanks mate and i know whatever i do not everyone is going to like it i just looked around and at the time couldnt find a full kit being hbd so i looked through the thread and a couple of others suggested concept to reality so i had a look and found a full kit so i was interested.
    :)

it is so good haha, and the other part saying "This beast also comes with a special certificate from the HWY PIGGAS, they love this beast so much they gave it a special merit pink sticker for the window, how fu**ing cool is that?"

haha i reckon he would get more money just for having an add like that if he was actually selling it haha
