How long do you think it will take mummy and daddy to give you an education so you can actually make a post that has some kind of input ? All you do is comment useless posts where they aren't needed, if you don't have any constructive criticism then don't post, simple as that or why don't you head off over to a forum where someone actually gives a f*ck about what you have to say ?

Keep doin what ya doin dman, at the end of the day you probably did make the wrong decision when it came to painting it but whats done is done and its all going to end up painted eventually!

How long will it take you to get some logic and common sense?

How long will it take for people to shut the f*** up with the criticism about Dman's car? He is modding it the way he wants, if it doesn't suit you i'm sure it's clear he doesn't care.

I might not agree with some of the things you have done to your car.
But its good to see someone trying to be different. i guess.

WOW......where you picked on alot at school or is it daddy issues or something?

its mostly funny because DMAN has these in his possession and when you posted this he had full intentions on picking them up on Sunday...
I know this for a fact, i found all this gear from someone wrecking a calais in Canberra, i paid for it all from my own pocket, drove 4hrs to Albury NSW out of my own goodwill and met DMAN there and he gave me the cash back.

    About time someone said it.

I'm still 50/50 with this car, some things i disagree with, however, its dmans car-not everyone elses.

I think everyone is just getting up in arms because he doesnt have the usual "almost oem look" like every single other commo out there.
Personally, i get sick of seeing commos with the usual common mods (ie. ssv wheels, twin tip hanging out the back, king springs, cheapo tyres, hsv interior, ss kit etc)

I applaud you dman for being different, however i believe some things should have been done differently.
But like i said, its your car, you can do as you like

Cheers guys I do love where my car is going it will get there and I want it to be different not way out there just different in comparison to lots of other p plates i see on bump stops at back front lowered a bit blue parkers led washers and blue number plate lights with stockies on rear etc I think its getting there :)

The kit has a few cracks in the bars but should be fixable and the side skirt needs a bot of work but should be alllll good :)

Sounds like you copy and pasted that from my thread hahaha. Shieeet.

I know what its like to try and build a car while studying full time and working part time ( although i have only just started ) , and for what it is so far its pre damn impressive especially considering a lot has been done by yourself. Sure the door jams dont match WHO GIVES A ####. everyone has to start somewhere

Haha cheers mate yeah it sucks I spend like near 100 a week in fuel alone and when you only earn 200 average a week thats not the best haha

And I agree. My car doesnt tickle everyone's fancy but in the end with the budget I have and the way its turning out I love it. Im not trying to make an award winning clean show car or anything just want a daily driver that i am proud of and that is different from the normal.

I talk to people all the time and they say I spend too much money etc but to date is cost me about 7500 to 8000 including buying it initially. I know people who buy their first car being around 12 straight up and stock so im happy :) and to look at my car and see all the diy work I see how far I have come and it makes me proud :)
