make the enclosures out of fibreglass and burn whatever that fabric is.

it is fiberglass look at the picture..... The material is just to get the shape i wanted

all the auto stores sell bar repair kits:

make yourself a wireframe from chicken wire and use the mesh in the kit to layer apon layer untill the walls are AT LEAST 4mm thick. otherwise youll get shitty resonance bleed and the speakers will probably just break off the setup you have after a few bumps anyway.

i haven't got anywhere near finishing just shown some pics of it when i was half way through the first coat and iv only seen people use material and not wire but everyone has their own starting ways

If you gunna screw your speaker to your trim, that's gunna rattle like a mother f###er.

The only reason i wanted to screw it to the trim was to get the positioning of the speaker where i wanted to and then make a fully sealed fiberglass box within the trim, i will be then padding the door with a foam/ insulation stuff to stop the rattle so why will it sound **** if its in a fiberglassed box??

haha its not even unless you believe every ve in morpheus purple is that coz its the exact same colour with better and more apparent pearl

What about everyone else on this forum?

They can get over it??

I dont understand why people cant appreciate the work people put into cars rather than saying yeah it looks ****. I see a stock commodore compared to a done up one even if i dont like how it is i can still appreciate the work they have put into it
