Do I Have An SSV Redline Or Not?

[DO I HAVE AN SSV REDLINE?]

Hey everyone,


look im so lots atm.

I own a VE series 2 SSV ute.
it has all the markings of a redline, Brakes, The red v Badge, thicker and more grippy steering wheel.

BUT

it doesnt have the FE3 suspension.

Its a 2010 build date but a 2011 model.

Did the early utes not come out with the FE3 Suspension??

PLEASE HELP ME

The first Redlines FE3 was only fitted to the sedans.
It was late 2011 when FE3 was fitted to utes and wagons (when the new Redline wheel was introduced that carried over to VF).

last time I checked, my current HSV is shown as a CAPTIVA ! .. a friggin 2010 Captiva !
and no, not a typo in the entered VIN

Have just checked with 2 of the ZB LTs in the fleet.. one comes up as a 2017 VF EVOKE
and the other a bloody MALIBU. Seriously....

Well it works for most VE Commodores and he did post in the VE section not the VF section.
Nor did he post in the Captiva section.
However he did get the information he requested and when I have used it for VE Commodores I have never had a problem.
So although I feel sorry for your problems on that particular site it has done what was required of it for now.
VIN can also be decoded manually when required and even codes from body plate can be decoded to see if anything has been changed.
But as always if in doubt goto a Holden dealer with the VIN.
