Haha alright, after all the "wax attracts dust" topic let's get back to the original topic. So if I want to restore the nice shiny finish, I should use polish. And if I want to further protect that I should use wax... so can I apply the polish and on top of that apply the wax??
Now here's the other problem, car's got several scratches all over it. Not very noticable, but they're there and its annoying.. and no they wont go with scratch remover. So I'm wondering how about this:
1. Wash car (obviously)
2. Apply rubbing compound on the scratches to blend in the paint
3. Apply polish
4. Wax all over
Good idea? Or am I talking through my arse and about to do something stupid? Please let me know since I'm not a polish/wax guru, just want a nice looking car
