For those of you contemplating dropping hundreds of dollars on an aftermarket roller-tip rocker, you might want to watch this video first. Power figures obviously won't be as dramatic on a V6 but the difference is black and white (skip to 16:14 in the video for results).
Not only does the higher ratio make a noticeable difference but sticking with the factory V6 cast steel design over the roller tip also has its benefits.
The factory ratio for the Ecotecs and L67's is 1.65:1. At an affordable price, we stock 1.9:1 and 1.98:1 ratio rockers which are based off the factory rocker arm design for reasons explained in the video below.
