    im pretty sure you dont have to. but if you were combining a cai and a k&n filter it might be best to let the computer compensate for the extra flow of air.

    any change in airflow, temperature or pretty much anything, and the ECU re-learns anyway. something minor like a CAI it pretty much re-learns by the time you get out your driveway
