does a getrag fit straight into my 5.0ltr vr ?

    i am looking to do manual conversion and i wanted to get a t500 and the conversion kit but cant find any so i have found a conversion kit for a getrag oout of a vp
    i am wondering if i just buy the wiring harness and ecu. clutch kit everything minus the getrag box. will the wiring and clutch fit the t500 and ill just get that on its own cheers any info would be great

    Well seeing as the getrag is in the vp in the first place i dont see why not. Getrag was first introduced in the Series 2 VS

    hi all i have converted my 95 vs s1 commodore. auto to manual. i have it running on the auto ecu .can any tell me if i can get the auto turned off in the computer
