I have a shitty idle, no codes, no vacuum leaks, replaced the plugs, checked the coils, runs fine, and Maf has also been cleaned.
When it does idle rough if I move the accelerator 1mm and increase the idle by 1/2 a rpm needle width it runs beautifully.

Any one know how to do this?

please dont post your guess. Id like actual facts here.

cheers.

Fact: You can't unless you get a custom tune.

Guess: Clean the throttle body inside thoroughly with throttle body cleaner and make sure your Idle Air Control is working. If you've done these, then you have a vacuum leak.

Click here and read: http://forums.justcommodores.com.au/vz-holden-commodore-2004-2006/121326-how-remove-throttle-body.html

You wanna clean the inside of this thing in the pic and all the black pipes leading to it. Stolen photo, I'm too lazy to do quality work like that.

Sounds to me like you have the infamous VY/VZ lumpy idle. Well worth following Franklin frogs advice though.

'LUMPY IDLE' gee a lot of people pay heaps of money for such an aural experience. Your solution is cheaper than a hot cam !!

FACT : All cars are imperfect engineered creations, with hundreds of moving parts at the same time, which eventually will wear and tear under normal conditions. Unless it's stalling or you have plenty of money I wouldn't go chasing the problem. You could spend thousands of dollars and be no better off. Remember this is a forum, its about opinion and trying different things that others have posted.

That being said I hope that you find the answer your after.
