Does anyone know of an online or downloadable customising app similar to the need for

dear my dyslexic friends, does anyone know of, any game or application, either online or not, where it is possible to deck out a ride. i would prefer to not have to go and purchase a gaming console solely to customize a car, besides, even if i did buy a console just for that purpose, most games don't have the option to customize a ute, anyone understand?
