It is a weird thing to witness and I have been brought up around Gay men and Women most my life, so I can understand the discomfort the average Joe would feel if they ever came across it.
But at the end of the day its not fair to expect them to confine their affections because straight people aren't use to it.
They are born gay and that's that, no one in their right mind chooses to be in a minatory group that receives so much flack over something they have no permanent control over.
Think of it as a genetic mutilation where simply,the part of the brain that controls us straight men or women's need's and want's for or from the opposite sex, well the gay male receives the straight woman's chemical composition attracting them to men and the gay female ends up with the chemical composition of the straight male attracting them to women.
Not exactly a scientific break through but its the easiest way I can explain it, leading to my answer of "No it doesn't bother me because I know they can not help it and they have just as much right to display their emotions in public."
