If I had the spare money I'd take him. Probably gonna rescue one though. Been looking to get Mia a friend.
This is Karmo (pronounced "car"-"moe") Pure breed German Shepard. First two photos are of her after we got her home at 10 weeks old The last one is last weekend, she is now 16 weeks old. Very smart little pup, very quick to learn things. Already knows "On your mat", "Sit", "Lay", "Heal", and "Stay" When we first got her home, her right ear wasn't standing up yet, but after a week it was standing up.
My Labrador Holly, she was the best dog I've ever owned but she recently died suddenly and I am finding it very difficult to deal with the loss. She was always a very smart, calm and friendly dog with a wonderful personality. We went through some really hard times together, she was always up for a drive even if it wasn't to her favourite place - The Beach. Always pleased to see me when I got home from work. She was just over 13 years old. Now all I can do is remember the good times we had together and that she lived a great life.
Sorry for your loss Big-Al. Its very hard loosing someone whose been a part of your life for so long. This is a pic of my boy. Love him to bits. Always brings a smile to my face no matter what

UPDATE on Cookie she is almost 12 months old now, moved off eating concrete to now eating sticks. loves to find sticks/branches in the park and just sits and chews them, even ones she can't even pick up. She's also incredibly smart she has worked out how to open all our child proof gates in the house. Some recent pics Jonesy
