I am SO not happy with Domino's. Especially the store's around Croydon/Bayswater. At 6PM my girlfriend ordered 2 Pizza's 3 Brownies and 1 Garlic Bread. The Pizza's were Meat PIE and a BBQ Chicken. The order arrived 40 minutes later. Once we'd gotten the order inside we realised they had NOT put 2 lots of brownies on the order and one of the Pizza's we recieved was Meat BALL. Not Happy Number One, but partially my fault for not checking the order. I rang up and said what the situation was and they agree'd to rectify it, but they CHARGED us for the pizza we did not want, even though we said we were not wanting it. 40 minutes later, the Pizza and the brownies arrive. We payed, CHECKED the order and sat down to eat it. I took one bite of the pizza and pulled out a piece of PLASTIC from the puff pastry that had not been removed. On the phone again. This time my girlfriend got on the phone and after 10 minutes of trying to get it into their heads what had actually happened the manager agree'd that we would get a replacement Pizza for the one that had the plastic in it and the value of our order refunded. ONE HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES later two domino's boys arrived on the doorstep with no new pizza and saying that they had been told they could only refund the pizza's we had not yet eaten. When questioned on this and asking to speak to the manager, they put the manager on, and it was a DIFFERENT MANAGER who had no clue of what had happened previously. In the end we gave them back the Pizza with the plastic and the pizza they had wrongly given us but made us pay for and got the refund for those. Yet there was NO replacement for the pizza with the plastic in it, some of which i consumed and NO communication between managers. I am SO pissed right now.
man thats a forien substance in food.. you could demnd a refund or threaten to goto higher powers cause this isnt on. esp since they said theyd fix and and refund your meal and they didnt
why did you give the pizza with the plastic in it back to them? should have kept it an contacted the health department
i woulda eaten it anyway, worse things in the world than eating plastic, but still dominos shouldnt be fooling around with people like this
Ok.. all these pizza places like pizza hut, dominos... whatever... I stay away from... First time I had pizza hut (i had no choice, was with a group of friends who insisted on it) I found 3 hairs on one pizza... Second time... I was sick 30 minutes after eating 3 slices of pizza at pizza hut, and could barely make it home (This was the day I found out my vce results as well ) Anyway, my point is.. I stay away from them... Your from melb arent ya?? There are only 2 pizza places I go to... If I cant, or if theyre closed, I dont eat pizza. Full stop. Number one. top of my list. BEST Pizza I have ever had in my entire life... All my friends I take agree. I've been going to this place at least once a week for almost 10 years now (not that same place, but same owners/chefs/etc - family business)... So trust me, its good. Cafe Cavallinos, its on lygon street carlton. Best pizza, great pastas, nice steaks, great atmosphere. The second place, If im up that part of town is a little take away joint called Ferrari Pizza... Theres no where to sit down and eat there, its only take away... Its really really really nice pizza... im not sure what street its on.. I'll find out next time.. its in Oakleigh. Trust me... If you feel like pizza, try one of those two places (I'm italian, I know what im talkin about) lol Ps.. Whats with people having pineapple on pizza? thats just wrong!!! haha
GET OUT OF MY COUNTRY! PINEAPPLE IS AWESOME! but yeah, i work at pizza hut. definately not the best. theyve even made the pizzas smaller, and using new ingredients which are ****, yet the price stays the same. rip off. if youre in the eastern suburbs, go to ginos in wantirna

im with mikesVT on this one, i never get those plastic tasting pizzas ( or actual plastic in this case) from dominos or pizza hut,etc.. they're just crap and the service you get from the 14 year old on the end of the phone is even worse. last time i went into a domino's quite a while ago i was one of only two customers in the whole store and there were probably 15-20 young 14yr olds just standing around (no exaggeration, im serious) and it took my about 5mins before one of them actual came up to serve me. its a complete joke. always go the local pizza joints, i like the idea of supporting local small business instead of the huge "dont give a ****" franchises and the pizza's are 10 times better and alot bigger. sucks what happened to you DARKVL, i would have driven down to the store and torn shreds of every bastard in there!
i once grabbed some fried chicken from the Mortlake RoadHouse and it had a big blowfly deepfried into it. was in a hurry so just chucked it but should have reported it. have a blurry old photo on my old phone ill dig up sometime.
I had a friend who worked at Ginos, used to bring home free pizza end of her shift. Not bad. But anyway, how is the meat pie pizza? I wanna taste it. Haha. Not to sure if i want to now however.
