little pizza shops have always made the best pizza's i think, they take that little extra care because they dont get as many customers as the big names.

Also they charge more. Before domino's came in Pizza hut pizza's were fantastic, now they're all a joke. My missus refuses to eat Domino's cause they allways funk it up. Get some Bizzar pizza bases if you like thin or the woolies ones if you like thick and make your own. That way you know what's going on the pizza and you make it how you like. Also buy the propper monzarella from the supermarket that looks like a blob, green and black label i think. That way you get that real nice stretch cheese.

The good *proper* pizza shops may charge more, but I find I can only eat 2 slices compared to 4 or 5 from a chain store pizza - and they are alot tastier!

Normally we make our own - sometimes ones with roast chicken, cranberry avocado & blue brie cheese... mmmm... or smoked salmon, cream cheese & capers

Yeah in Brissy I really dig "The slice" and "New york slice"

It's definately a "you get what you pay for situation" making your own pizzas when you buy the bases premade is so quick and easy.

New york slice is in the city and the valley it's expensive one slice is $6 but it's huge. or the Slice is in west end and the city. The slice rocks though. Nothing better than a pizza from one of those places when you're tanked.

BTW New york slice reheat what's on display, "The Slice" make it fresh everytime except if you buy one slice only.

We found a dried and cracked rubber seal in a "brand name" coffee which resembled a toe nail. We called and they wanted us to send it for testing. We took pics and sent it, 2 weeks later we recieved a letter of apology from the company, an explanation of what went wrong and few money orders. About $30 or so but hey thats a few monthes of coffee.

If your gonna make your own pizza anyway, go one step further,

Dont BUY the base, MAKE it.. just some flour, egg, umm.. oil... i dunno i think thats it...

Also use fresh ingredients and the proper cheese.

I've grown up with home made pizza whenever I want it :p I'm some what of a pizza connoisseur :p
