hi guys i picked a new ute, the drivers side door has dropped by about 10mm at the back of it.
It has no play in hinge and quite a solid fit.
So is there an adjustment on the hinge or some other way to lift it up again.
I tried reading other comments but they mention pins in hinge which i don't think it is as there is no play.
Thanks Phill

No adjustment that I know of... 1cm that's a lot, prob means the A piller has been shunted in a accident or some other damage...normally pin wear shows up at the top rear of the door window frame rubs on the B piller.....A quick fix for pin wear is to use a jack and a wooden bock and lift the lower rear of the door...this wil only fix it for a while but pin replacement is best long term fix

Be keeping an eye on this thread as mine has some drop as well. I know the strikers are adjustable just not sure if that is the best answer.

Stand Corrected, I had the door open (wide) when looking for play, if i keep it just ajar it does have play in it.
So i will start with a set of hinge pins ($30) and see how i go.

I've tried new pins without success. Mine still does it - and adjusting the striker won't help. Seems either the pillar has moved slightly or the door is slightly out of shape. Also tried jacking the door up without success.

Next is to replace the front doors and see if that fixes it lol

Would you say it's not worth the $15 to replace the pins EYY? Mine is a bit springy on the lever. Adjusting the striker will fix that but I still have 5-6mm of up and down movement.
