Door lights not working

My lad has a vz 04 Calais and the interior door lights won’t work. I’ve bought fresh globes, checked fuse etc but no go. The glove box and console lights are working and I’m just waiting to find globes for the interior light also. Lights above the passenger doors have fresh globes but not working either.
Any ideas guys?

Rather than poke around with globes, use a multimeter to check continuity.

The roof mounted sunnies holder has a switch that turns them off. Make sure that’s not set to off, which I think is halfway.

rear have three settings. On, off, and door. Off being halfway as well.
